On our B2B website we use a one-time shipping allocation due to the fragility of our products, which often have to be shipped individually. Specific items, such as wine and beer bottles, are shipped in certified shipping boxes that are expensive to purchase. We usually ship approximately 5 to 6 of these boxes per order. We do our utmost to pack and ship your order with the utmost care.

Yes, the minimum order amount is €150 excl. VAT. This minimum order value allows us to work more sustainably by using less packaging and filling material, resulting in fewer CO2 emissions.

We use a payment term of 14 days.

Yes, that is always possible! You can collect your order in Nieuwkoop, the Netherlands. When checking out your shopping cart, you can let us know that you would like to pick it up. We will let you know as soon as your order is ready. Our showroom is located approximately 15 minutes from Tica Aalsmeer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your shipment.
